Vinyasa flow

A creatively sequenced yoga class flowing from pose to pose, guided by the breath whilst developing deeper flexibility in the body


A combination of our Flow, Yin and Restorative classes.

This is a 75min class which begins with a Vinyasa flow routine followed by Yin (where you are holding poses longer) and restorative poses.

Fridays at 6pm

Flow to the Music

A fitness class inspired by yoga and dance.

A good level of fitness is required.

This class will be choreographed to follow a custom soundtrack. From Hip-Hop to Deep House, experience the combination of music and movement.

Power Flow

A development of our vinyasa flow class with more of an emphasis on strength and mobility, and the introduction of more advanced arm balances

Mondays at 6.30pm

Mat Pilates

Strengthen the core muscles of the pelvis, abs and back to improve balance, core strength, flexibility and posture.

Wednesdays at 6.30pm






A more gentle flow of poses with an emphasis on breathing and holding the poses in order to find a balance between yin and yang.

Well suited to those new to yoga.


A much slower yoga practise where poses are held for longer.

We are working the deeper elements of the body , improving mobility over time and improving the flow of Chi. Yin promotes a greater sense of inner peace and connection.

Lunchtime Fridays at 12pm, alternating weekly with our Breathwork class





Sound Healing

A time for us to disconnect to the outside world and to find a deeper connection within ourselves.

Sound healing which is an ancient practise utilises the power of different sounds and frequencies to slow down our brain waves leading us into a deep meditative state.

The different frequencies also effect our emotional, physical and energetic body by releasing energetic blockages and overall promoting a deep sense of peace and restoring balance to our very overactive lifestyles.

Thursdays at 7.45pm

Yin + Sound

Fully surrender and relax with the use of Singing Bowls and different instruments for Sound Healing to end the session

Wednesdays at 7.45pm



The Sacred Breath Method is a portal or gateway to non-ordinary states of consciousness where profound healing and transformative experiences can occur. This is a Connected Breathwork with an intentional ceremony, powerful music, high grade essential oils, vibrational sound, energy work and a variety of other tools to help the receiver go deeper into their healing journey.

At the end of each Breathwork journey, time is taken to truly reflect and process everything that occurred. This processing time will help assimilate the experience into every day life.

This is a perfect way to get in touch with one's spiritual essence, to experience mystical states, to know oneself more deeply in order to find ones inner wisdom and intuition which will beautifully lead you in creating a more fulfilling life.

Lunchtime Fridays at 12pm. Alternating each week with our Yoga Nidra class

Yoga Nidra

Known as yogic sleep. The intention of this practice is to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation and just 45 minutes of yoga nidra can be as restorative as four hours of regular sleep.

Practiced laying down, you will guided through meditation into a state of conscious relaxation.

Experienced alongside the soft yet powerful tones of Crystal Alchemy Bowls and Koshi Chimes and incorporating essential oils, this practice will awaken all senses leaving you perfectly harmonised and at a place of equilibrium within your mind, body and soul. Join us on Friday evenings to let go of your week and welcome in your weekend.




This class is suitable for both newcomers to yoga and experienced practitioners.

Prenatal yoga emphasizes breathing, stretches and strengthening moves that help your body prepare for labor. 

Fridays at 10.30am

POSTNATAL YOGA (Mummy and Baby)

Postnatal yoga can be practised as soon as you feel ready to reconnect with your body after childbirth. The classes are designed to help you work with the body’s natural closing process to accelerate your recovery.

By using gentle strengthening exercises working to improve stability and tone in the back, pelvic floor and abdomen along side stretches to relieve the aches and pains of feeding and carrying your baby, these classes will help to relieve tension and provide a nurturing environment for you to relax with your baby.

During classes you will interact with your child whilst they enjoy your attention. As your child gets older we will introduce some baby yoga movements to help coordinate muscle groups and promote coordination as well as incorporating active play and songs.

Wednesdays at 10.30am
